Square footage is maximized in this kitchen with floor to ceiling cabinets on two walls. The waterfall edge counters in white contrast against the dark gray cabinetry.
This kitchen was blocked off from the rest of the main level before the remodel; now it is a part of the party and easily connects to the dining and living rooms.
The appliances are small but still sleek and functional. The antique rug creates warmth and character in the new kitchen.
Plenty of space for parties in this DC row house. Before a wall once divided the kitchen from the rest of the space, making the entire first floor feel cramped.
The living room is super warm and comfortable with room for built-ins and a fireplace.
Windows on three sides of this DC home keeps things light and bright in the city.
Lisa and Leroy designed a functional space with great character.
The backsplash is laid in a stack bond pattern and becomes a more modern element of the room. Open shelving gives the kitchen space for eye candy while still being functional.
Bold graphic patterns are repeated in the accessories.
Who is ready for a drink?? Has anyone stopped drinking?? Thank you, 2020. We will never forget you... or maybe if we drink enough we can. LOL.
Polished brass fixtures are S T U N N I N G and deserve to be the star of the show in this open concept kitchen.
Go bold or go home!
